LTL SHIPPING
We also ship items via LTL services, provided by various transportation companies. You will be contacted before they arrive your destination. It usually takes between 5 to 15 business days, but may take longer for outlying areas and/ or the you telephone number is not reachable.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We will accept return requests, shipping discrepancies or products arrived damaged claims for purchases through shop.fotileglobal.com within the first 30 days from product delivery. Products must be in their original purchased/ new condition**. Refurbished products are not returnable. We require the original purchase receipt for filing a return.

Please call our returns team at 1 (888) 315-0366 to initiate a return and obtain a prepaid shipping label which you may use to send the item back to us in new/original condition.
Once we validate the returned items have arrived, you will receive a confirmation email and your return will be processed. Accounts will be credited within 7-10 business days once items are received and processed.

Products Damaged Upon Delivery
If you notice your product was delivered damaged, you can request a return, exchange or repair within 30 calendar days by calling us at 1 (888) 315-0366.
Returns for Any Other Reason
If you’re not happy with your product for any other reason, you have up to 30 calendar days to request a return. An additional restocking fee of 15% of the product cost will be applied, with a $50 minimum. Please call us at 1 (888) 315-0366 to arrange for the return.
After 30 Calendar Days
If the 30-day return window has passed, and your product is still under warranty, call us for warranty service or to schedule a repair. Fees may apply.

Get a refund when you request your return within 30 calendar days after the date of delivery.
Simply call 1 (888) 315-0366 with your order number or product serial number handy and we can provide you with available options. For some products, we may be able to help arrange return shipping. Most often, we will ask you to ship the product back using a method that provides a tracking number. We will not cover associated shipping fees.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Send your package using a method that provides a tracking number (FedEx or UPS). We are not responsible if there is no proof the product was delivered to us.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Once your product has been received by us, please allow approximately two weeks to process your refund, less any return fees or adjustments. Refunds will be issued to the card used for your purchase. If you have not received your refund after two weeks, please contact us at 1 (888) 315-0366.
